Really High Temps Ryzen 9 7900x

So today I was just playing some COD, Arma Reforger, and Warframe, nothing too crazy and my cpu hit 98.6C (ambient temperature in the room when HWMonitor metrics were gathered was 86F) . I recently reapplied thermal paste because of the high temps, so that shouldn't be a problem, and have been trying to get support from Arctic about my AIO CPU cooler and they cant even provide support without me sending it in. This is my first AIO so I am not sure how to tell if the pump is even working since it is so quiet in the first place. I am just reaching out to the community as I don't think these temps are normal and would like some reassurance as to what is going on here and if these temps are harmful to my computer. Here is a link to my build https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WhwWmD, and below are screenshots from HWMonitor:

It appears that your fan speeds are not increasing with temperature? Are your fans PWM controlled? How is the AIO pump connected? You should definitely hear the pump speed increase with temperature.

My fans are PWM but in bios I just have them all set to auto instead of just setting them specifically to PWM. The AIO pump is plugged into CPU OPT and with this particular model the rad fans and pump are all connected together into one connector, and specifically in the manual it said that plugging into the CPU_OPT plug will make the pump run at full speed the whole time, forget where I found that info at.

Also I cant really tell if the pump is running, I have seen videos where they demonstrate the sound and it is barely audible to begin with, and on top of my loud case fans I cant tell if it is working, especially since this is my first AIO, so I dont really have any baseline to go off of.

And arctic support is not very helpful, the only option is to send it in, or send them a csv file that is not produced by HWMonitor, and then they cant open the files you send them for some reason.

As you have a Gigabyte motherboard I suggest you download and install GCC.

This will give you control of each fan header from Windows instead of BIOS and allow you to monitor pump and fan speed, as well as set custom fan curves. There is no reason to run fans at max speed all the time to the point you can't hear because of how loud they are.

This will let me see pump speeds even if my radiator fans and pump assembly are all tied into one connector?

The Arctic LF2 has separate pump and fan connectors, why wire them all into one motherboard header?

The pump should be plugged into the CPU_FAN and the fans to CPU_OPT so they can use different curves.
