Issue with a new PC

Hello,

Im asking for advice and insight about my current issue.

I just upgraded my PC with the following elements :

-An AMD Ryzen 9 9900X (Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120SE).

-2X32GO of DDR5 (F5-6000J3036G32GX2-TZ5NRW) only ONE stick installed.

-X870e Aorus Pro ice.

The old components :

-An RTX 3070

-A Be Quiet Straight Power 11 850W Gold

So as i said above, i only have one stick of ram installed, not by choice.

On the Gskill website, my mobo is listed as compatible, and the support confirmed this.

On Gigabyte website, my ram is not in the compatibility list but when i have contacted their support, they said nothing about it.

Currently my computer will boot if i use one stick of ram on the A2 slot and only this one.

I have tried with the second stick on that slot and the computer boot, so i suppose the ram is safe.

If i try any other slot with any stick, i get a C5 error (even B2 alone).

Of course every time i changed the slot, i did a clear cmos just in case.

I also have an unrecognized (not detected at all) Crucial MX500 M2 SSD on the M2D_SB slot (schema here)

I have a Samsung 980 Pro on the M2A_CPU slot that perfectly work.

So here are my questions :

-Am i wrong to assume my ram stick are not defective?

-Could this be a CPU problem?

Thanks for reading me !
