How can I get my Computer to read all 8 cores instead of 4 I have FX 8350

The FX-8350 will show as a 4 core 8 logical processor CPU.

swat842, you probably did not install a fresh copy of Windows when you changed processors.  The FX-8350 does not offer multi-threading and has 8 cores and 8 threads as shown in the specifications:

I recommend you format your C-Disk and install a fresh copy of Windows.  Enjoy, John.
