Help with voltages (Ryzen 5 3600XT).

My computer sets very high temperatures without doing anything 60ºC (with the google open only). This causes the cooler fans to speed up excessively.
I have downloaded a program to monitor these values and I have seen that the CPU voltage varies constantly from 0.300 to 1.400 (every 7-8 seconds).
I have entered the BIOS and have set the VCORE to 1,250V. Now the temperature is going perfectly well below what it was previously and the cooler does not make those unnecessary accelerations.
Well, I wanted to ask if that voltage is adequate for this processor or if I should modify it again to another value.

Additional Information:
 - BIOS with the latest version.
 - The value that appeared in the BIOS by default, was VCORE: AUTO.
 - Cooler Corsair A500.

That's just the normal Turbo function keeping the CPU as fast as possible while it's under the thermal ceiling. The thermal maximum is 95°C, so you're perfectly fine.
