GREEN SCREEN RYZEN 5 8600G

My setup is
Processor: Ryzen 5 8600G
Graphics: Integrated (760M)
RAM: 1x 16Gb 5600Mhz DDR5 Kingston Fury
Motherboard: Gigabyte a620
OS: Windows 11 Pro

When I'm playing any game, after some time the screen suddenly turns green and even though I update the graphics drivers with "win + ctrl + shift + b" it doesn't reset, I have to turn off the PC and turn it on again for it to work normally . I already tried changing the RAM slot, uninstalling and reinstalling the AMD drivers.

Is your BIOS up to date?

Do you have the latest AM5 chipset drivers installed from either AMD.com or your motherboard manufacturer's site? ..whichever is newer

What power supply are you using? (make and model)

How are your temps?

Why only 1 stick of RAM?

Yes, when installing my PC I updated the bios drivers and with respect to why I am using a memory, it is because I am still saving to buy another one, since I am a student I don't have much money and well I am building the PC little by little, but I will put a dedicated graph later.
And the power supply is a gambyte source (a brand from my country is generic) of 650W

I know you are trying to save a buck . .but the power supply is not an area you should ever skimp on

I had issues with my wife's old setup that was pointing to being an issue with her RX 550 2GB GPU on her AM4 setup .. driver timeouts for no reason and random infrequent WHEA errors

I replaced her Thermaltake Smart Series RGB 500wtt 80 Plus (White rated) PSU with a Segotep 600wtt 80+ Gold (I forget model number) and all her issues went away .. no more driver timeouts .. no more WHEA errors. System ran great after the PSU swap

As the integrated graphics uses system memory you are losing half your performance by running single channel, if not causing the issues you're experiencing. Recommend you pick up a faster memory dual channel kit.

I am having the same issue EVGA1300P, DDR56800, IG only, Ubuntu 24.04, no video card. tried 8500G in two different motherboards, same issue. Just ordered replacement CPU will see if it has the same issue.

After more swapping and adjusting memory timings the IG green screen is being caused by memory being clocked at the rated 6800 speed and the memory was recommended by ASROCK MB website. Problems went away when I disabled the memory settings and let it clock itself at 4800. Needless to say ASROCK MB and memory are being returned for a better MB/memory combination. AMD CPU was not the issue.
