I was recently gifted a Ryzen 5 3600 and a ga-a320m-s2h by a buddy after he upgraded his computer. I built out the system the parts I had in my old PC (GTX 1650, 2x16gb 3600mhz Corsair ddr4, Corsair modular power supply.) the PC turns on and all fans spin but I have no display. I've tried reseating ram, resetting bios and swapping battery, and reseating GPU. All I can think of is maybe updating BIOS but the MOBO is advertised as supporting Ryzen 3000 series. Any ideas? Also I know I need a better GPU I'm gonna order one soon.
Check the motherboard manufacturers website for update info, if your motherboard came out before the CPU chances are you might need to update the BIOS. So check which versions actually support 3000-series and which version you have. Of course doing that without display might be tricky.
Before that, make sure you are plugging your display into the GPU and not the motherboard. Happens more often than you'd think.

DDR4-3600 may be too fast for a Ryzen 3600 processor and 300 series chipset.
Motherboard specs state support up to 3200. https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-A320M-S2H-rev-1x/sp#sp
I had a 3400G/X370 combo and it worked great with 3200 but would not POST with 3600.
I swapped out the ram for some 3200mhz stuff I had and it still didn't work, so I took the GPU out and plugged the HDMI into the MOBO to see if it was the GPU and it's still doing the same thing. I may just need a new MOBO, the person who gifted it to me said it constantly gave him issues.
Do you have an 8pin CPU power connected or just 4pin?
Your CPU does not have integrated graphics so plugging HDMI into the motherboard would not work
