Does AMD provide a hardware debugger for debugging Linux kernel on a real machine.

Intel does provide a hardware debuggger, such as ITP-XDP (https://designintools.intel.com/In_Target_Probe_Debug_Tool_Kit_p/itpxdp3brext.htm).

And mainboard of SuperMicro have a debugging connector for the debugger(XDP on x86 Core motherboard? |Embedded Community).

Unfortunately, I cannot buy the debugger since Intel sells the debugger to those who have NDA.

Does AMD have such a debugger and mainboard?

Also, can I buy them?
