Hi guys, I'm having a problem with the game World of Warplanes and contacting their support, they came to the conclusion that it could be something based on my processor, could anyone help me please?

Remembering that I already tried the solution that support gave me, I did analysis on my network and I believe it may even be something with my processor.

I'll leave some images for you to better evaluate my problem.

One more detail:
I am not using processor graphics options. I have a video card now (RX 570)

xxx, I would strongly advise using an e-mail address for a userid.  You can drag-n-drop images into this forum, so no need for external links.  I see no error and doubt what you are doing is causing whatever problem you are having.  Need to see the error.  Ryzen is surely not responsible for the loss of connection to the server.  Enjoy, John.
