suddenly my CPU keeps overheating (70-105°C) while idling 

i have it for around 3 years now and never had such a problem it also doesnt always happen sometimes its only around 70-90 but another time it reaches the extreme temperatures (nonetheless even 70 is too high for idling) i had my whole PC checked and also had the cooling paste refreshed the PC dudes said its probably a problem with devices i connect or i should try another power outlet but even when nothing is connected besides a screen its still idling at 71-98°C

Suppose you checked Task Manager for high cpu use in idle, and any Startup apps. with high use?

Any CPU OC apps installed/in use, and how old is bios and/or chipset drivers?
