Hey there everyone.
I recently bought a 9800X3D CPU running on a MSI X870 Gaming Plus MOBO.
For some reason I couldn’t figure out yet, a clean Windows 11 install freezes on 24H2 version but works fine in 23H2 version.

In the thread the users are replacing their CPUs via RMA to solve this issues, but is quite weird the root cause is on the CPU in my opinion.
Any clue why is this happening? How could I dig deeper into this?
I would like to avoid returning my CPU.
