7700x Heat spikes

So I built this new beauty few weeks ago https://pcpartpicker.com/list/J6XcqH and while I understand the cooler isnt the best and the case isnt the coolest I dont believe I should be geting 60c temps at 20% CPU usage. I have played with cpu fan, system fans but i keep geeting random cpu spikes. This also happens in games that arent super demanding like league or smite. Some spike hit 94c thus crashing the PC. Trying to figure out wat is going on, the case does not support AIO

What is the ambient temperature of your location? Also, you could try adding another fan to your box cooler or repasting your CPU. 60c is completely normal in my opinion and AMD CPUs are made to run near TJ Max temps, but I'm not sure why it would be hitting 94c in low-demanding games. You could also try doing a negative offset curve in the bios to lower your temps. Hopefully, the community could provide a few more suggestions also.

Side note, very nice PC you built!

Thanks for the feedback, the room is about 69-71F(roughly 21C). And after checking I see that the AM5 sets do run higher which is fine; it is more the random spikes and going above 80C on a regular basic for basic games that has me concerned as the CPU has crashed the system already.
