Hunt: Showdown began stuttering intermittently 3 weeks ago. Upgraded Adrenaline 24.10.1 to 25.3.1. Stuttering seemed to go away. Two days later while playing Subnautica, stuttering returned and system froze. Cold booted. The problem repeated. Changed Adrenaline Default preset to Performance preset. Primary display immediately went black. Rebooted, no change. Switched back to Default preset. No change. Reinstalled Adrenaline 24.10.1. No change. My primary display is not detected. Switching to a different display port has no effect. When unplugging the cable, Windows will produce the device disconnected sound. When plugging in the DP cable, the display will wake up and cycle through ports, then report no signal and go back to sleep. Is my video card broken?

First you could try turning machine off and unplugging all power cords including display and waiting for 5mins. That solved a no picture issue with my RX6600.

Does both monitors work normally when not gaming or is the first monitor not outputting video at all even after restarting the PC?

On your second Monitor (HDMI) when you go to Windows Settings -Display does it show 2 Monitors or just your second Monitor?

Is it set to "Duplicate These Displays" in Windows Settings?

If you disconnect the second Monitor does the first monitor start working?

You seemed to have a cheap low quality Chinese made 80+ Gold PSU. IF your PSU is not outputting proper voltages it might not be able to run 2 displays at the same time.  From everything I have read that PSU is considered to be low quality with poor performance.

I would run OCCT PSU Test and see if the PC crashes during the test. Keep an eye on your PSU 3.3/5.0/12.0 Vdc outputs. They all must be within 5% tolerances. Especially the 12 VDC output.  If your PSU 12.0 vdc is less than 11.40 Vdc it means it isn't outputting proper power to your PC.

Also run the other 2 OCCT Tests CPU and GPU and see if the PC shuts down during the testing.

Using OCCT Monitoring settings to make sure to check mark the 3.3/5.0/12.0 Vdc boxes to show those outputs before and during the testing.

Warning: OCCT PSU test can damage a low quality PSU or a failing PSU since it puts maximum load on the PSU itself.

Both monitors normally work. Switching the HDMI cable from the secondary monitor to the primary produced normal display. Disconnecting power from everything for about 3 minutes and powering back up resolved the no display issue. I would like to note that I have never had an issue with a Segotep 750W PSU. However, I recently upgraded the RAM in this system from 48Gb to 80Gb. The system ran fine for weeks before the issues started.

I ran OCCT CPU + RAM stress test. Zero issues. I ran the Power stress test and the GPU failed about 5 minutes in. I will try upgrading the PSU to see if that helps. I ordered an EVGA 1300W G+.

By any chance when you upgraded your RAM did you add different RAM part numbers on the same PC or did you purchase a 80GB RAM Set?

Mixing RAM Part numbers or Ram manufacturer Ram can and will cause incompatibility issues with System Ram. Also make sure your RAM is listed on your Motherboard's QVL List for your Processor or if it isn't listed then go to the RAM's manufacturer QVL list and see if your Motherboard or processor is listed as being compatible.

If your GPU passed the OCCT GPU test but failed the PSU test does suggest a weak or failing PSU.

They are all the same brand and same speed. I have the original pair of 8 Gb plus 2 sets of matching 32 Gb pairs. They are installed in the optimal slot configuration per HP. All HP branded Samsung and 2400 MHz to match the processor. The difference between the 8 Gb and 16 Gb, in this case, is single-sided vs double-sided. The RAM has tested good in a benchmarking utility and OCCT.
