Hi, out of nowhere my pc can run game, it gets stuck. I realized my graphic card is at 100% usage even tho I restart my pc and I’m not running any games or anything. Any idea how to fix this?

You might have a virus. Check out windows task manager what process is using GPU. 

Look for instructions in this thread:

If you can't get rid of it you might need to reinstall Windows.
