So i got a new SSD and did a fresh install of windows. now of the same settings getting 20-30 FPS in game. before fresh install i got 100-120fps. The frame rate will sometimes freeze and drop to 2-3 fps. lots of stuttering and skipping. I have tried 5 different games behaves the same with all. I have most updated drivers and tried rolling back as well.
