Hi there,

I recently built a new PC and decided to go with the Radeon RX 9070 XT. While most things are running smoothly,

I’ve noticed some strange behavior when playing certain older games—Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered in particular, among a few others.

The issues aren’t game-breaking, but they’re definitely noticeable. I suspect it might be a driver-related problem, but I’m not entirely sure.

I’ve tried looking through the AMD Adrenalin settings to see if there’s anything I can tweak to fix the issue, but so far, I haven’t had much luck.

If there are any recommended settings or known fixes, I’d really appreciate the help.

Here are my system specs for reference:

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D

• RAM: Micron DDR4 32GB (2x16GB)

• Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus X870 Elite WiFi 7

• GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 9070 XT Nitro+ OC G6X 16GB

• SSD: WD SN580X 1TB

• Power Supply: Segotep GM1250W 80PLUS Gold ATX3.1

• Driver : AMD Adrenalin 25.3.2 and 24.30.31.05 Preview

Use https://steamcommunity.com/linkfilter/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fgithub.com%2Fdoitsujin%2Fdxvk%2Freleases and toss the d3d11.dll and dxgi.dll into the root folder of the game. The cause appears to be poor translation of the DX8/9/10/11 Calls to vulkan on the shaders(? according to steam post). Causing the lovely blackout lights to appear.
