If you have the original first Windows 10 version installed (1507) that is your problem. You need to upgrade to at least version 1903, 1909, or best, to the current version 2004.

If you are trying to install the latest AMD Driver version it requires the latest version of Windows to be installed since it uses all those Windows Updates from the current Windows 2004. But it should work with versions 1903 or 1909.

Once you upgrade to the latest version of Windows 10 try installing the AMD driver again and see if it installs correctly.
