RX 9070 XT NOT TURNING ON

Hello,

Today i got a Gigabyte RX 9070 XT Gaming OC, came home, installed it and the PC turns on, but not the GPU:

I have a:
-Ryzen 7  5700X3D
-ASUS TUF GAMING X570 PLUS WIFI

-THERMALTAKE THOUGHPOWER GF A3 850W 80+ GOLD   PSU

-128GB RAM GSKILL 32x4

The thing is this, i saw that my PSU have 3 ports "GPU/PCI-e" 8 pin each, so 1 have the cable that goes to the CPU, labeled CPU (the cable), another one labeled "PCIe" goes into my old EVGA GEFORCE RTX 3060 12GB (which im using now because the radeon wont turn on), that one uses 1 Cable.  and i had 1 empty conector left, so i pluged another "PCIe" cable into it for the new GPU.

This new GPU has 3 current 8pins port. So i pluged 1 PCIe 6+2 in port 1, another 1PCIe 6+2 in port 2, but for the 3rd port i dont have extra cables nor ports in my PSU, SO i used the Daisy Chain (extra cable coming out from the main), from the 2nd cable port to the 3rd port. as i know this GPU uses ish 300 watts, but my mobo gives 70 ish via PCIe socket, and about 150 each cable in port 1 and port 2, and i even saw a video of someone who turned it on with the 3rd socket EMPTY, so i trully dont know what could be happening.

The PSU i have locks power when it detects a failure, which is not happening, the PC turns on, but the GPU doesnt show any life in its leds or fans.

PLEASE HELP!

Hello! thanks for your reply, it seems it have been solved.

I have updated my BIOS and nothing, then i tested the GPU in a different setup, and it worked, then back to my pc, same as i was doing first, it worked too. seems like it needed some kind of flash or something? idk but not it works i believe. And no, my GPU only have 3 PCI/CPU ports, 1 for the CPU and 2 im using in the GPU, main cable 1 port, main cable 2nd port, daisy chain from 2nd to 3rd port.

You have this PSU and not all GPU Power cables? You really should post image of your powercable setup or try to get all 3 slots from PSU to GPU without daisy chains or Y-splitters.

Also wouldn't hurt reseting bios settings, testing with 1 ram stick and checking BIOS updates.
