i guys, I'm having some problems with my RX 7800 XT, maybe someone can help me here.
So when I turn my PC on, sometimes it works properly, but sometimes the PC is getting slow somehow, mouse is slow, it's not smooth anymore, and if I use any graphics my GPS goes to less than half of what should be.. if I continuously use it, artifacts appears and the driver fails.. looks like the graphics card is not in good shape..
But here is my question, this happens like 8 in 10 times that I restart my computer, somehow it works well sometimes and I can use the graphics, or play, and do everything without any problems, but I have this other times that the graphics card fails..
I already re-installed a clean windows, I re-installed the drivers several times using DDU to clean old versions..
Is there anything else that I can do? In case my graphics card need repair, is there anyone to recommend me who does that service?

i7 11700k
32gb RAM
Radeon Sapphire RX 7800 XT
