RX 590 temperature

Hi, my new Sapphire Radeon RX590 maybe has a problem. 

After 10 minutes in a game, the 590 has about 77 Grad Celcius and it will stay in this temp-modus for the whole time. In the Windows Mode it will returns to about 44 Grad Celcius.

My Question is, because the whole PC will be very hot and the smell in the air scares me a little bit, it is a normal temperature for this kind of graphic card?

Temps seem normal, don't know about smell (is your old psu cooking ?).
