I have tried to uninstall and reinstall drivers while using DDU and the AMD tool, I have tried manually installing and using the auto-detect tool. I have tried installing older ones using the CD that was included. I have also tried using windows update/manual installation from device manager. I get the 'no graphics driver is installed or the driver is not functioning properly' when trying to open Radeon Settings. Any suggestions?
My power supply is a Dell and it is 1000 Watts.
I also tried reseating the card and I have it directly plugged into power from the power supply
