I bought PC 4 years ago. I have Gigabyte Radeon rx 5500 xt 4gb. It always worked very good, but now it has very bad performance. For example: 3DMark Time Spy test gives around 400 points, when it should be above 4000. It uses about 30Watts, but should 130Watts. It doesn't overheat. It is fresh windows 11 install, I installed many versions of drivers (Radeon Software Adrenaline), used DDU to uninstall. My MB is ASRock b450m pro4, CPU Ryzen 3 3100, and PSU SilentiumPC Vero L3 500Watt. A year ago it worked like a charm. Now every modern game gives 2-8 FPS even on low and 720p. No problem while typical PC usage. Problem only with games and benchmarks.
I don't know if it's GPU damaged, or somethings wrong with drivers, or maybe it's PSU or MB fault?
I don't have possibility to try different components.
