Radeon Pro Duo: gpu1 working gpu2 doing nothing

when I run a game or blender GPU1 is working fine but GPU2 is doing nothing according to msi afterburner could I have some help? is there a way to engage the second gpu? I have latest drivers as of yesterday

According to AMD Forum rules, you need to supply the following information about your computer: INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION .

Using a 3rd Party OC software like MSI Afterburner has some incompatibilities with AMD Wattman, even if AMD Wattman is not activated. It is recommended to uninstall the 3rd Party OC Software and exclusively use AMD Wattman to control your GPU unless you have a Laptop in which AMD Wattman and Overdrive are disabled.
