Just bought this card and for 3 days I have been doing my best to make it work but it keeps skipping frames, sometimes freezing for good any only audio works,
It does not matter the game
Adrenaline is latest version
It does it on SSD or regular HDD
Cabled tried HDMI and DP, also tried different monitors
power plan in on high performance
firmware also updated since I have amd processor
Also tried some fix from registry but these did not work
Attached it is a stress test if it helps
Bios setting have been reset to default
Am I to consider this card damaged ?
