Specs below in images, new pc build. Main issue is my gpu display ports are not working... my best guess is its either not being detected by windows 11 or they are just not working (faulty hardware?). I am able to use both monitors on my motherboard video ports without issue, but again nothing is even detected off the gpu video ports. Power comes to the gpu, it is detected by my system, led on gpu is lit up. Hoping someone might have some insight into what I can do to try and fix the issue as customer support is offline till after the 7th of July.
Here is a list of things I HAVE tried so far:
- check all power connections, 3 separate gpu 8 pins connected securely
- update amd ryzen bios
- disable windows 11 gpu driver auto update, use amd cleanup utility, then reinstall amd drivers with amd adrenaline
- update monitor drivers
- try different monitors with different cords, in the various display port or hdmi port
- moved gpu off the pcie 4.0 x16 slot to the 4.0 x4 slot just to verify motherboard is not the issue, problem persists
