My RX6650xt keeps getting disabled

The issue started a few days ago when I started playing The last of us Part II my monitor will go dark (able to hear sound) and shows no signal after I restart my pc my refresh rate is set to 60Hz and when I try to open the AMD software I get the following error shown in the picture, so I have to remove the drivers reinstall them to be able to set my refresh rate back to 144Hz.
I've read on the community forums that disabling Free sync from the monitor settings will help, It actually did help the GPU stopped getting disabled until today I was in the last of us and there it is my monitor goes back the and GPU gets disabled again.
I've tried all the generic fixes reinstalling the drivers updating windows and all that, but I'm confused and helpless at this point.

If you faced the same issue as me and have a solution, please write it down.

The Last of Us Part II just released on PC this month. Download the latest Optional Adrenalin driver as it contains an update for that game.
