So I got the gpu (msi amd radeon hd 7750) from cousin and he said it was working,I tried it 2 years ago but it didn't put out display and fan would stop spinning so I put it aside and forgot about It until today when I wanted to fix it but idk how I use H61M-P20(G3) motherboard and a 500w psu which is enough to power up everything.I don't have a built-in graphics card so I use my other one whichs shows screen and everything.Also what I tried with gpu is unscrewing all screws and cleaning dust etc and cleaned it up and tried it again but no display and fan still spins and stops.Pcie slot is good not dusty or broken and yeah that it any advice what to do next?
