I am facing a problem with this board and Windows 10

When trying to use Kicad software the following message is displayed:

LoadLiibrary failed with erroe 1114

Same error message is encoutered when trying to run radeom adrelin setup program 2020 22 1.2

There is no such thing as a HD6700M graphics card. There is, however, a HD6700M SERIES of cards...which one do you have?

Regardless of which one you have it is a old card that is considered Legacy...meaning no more driver support. The last drivers are from 2016.  https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-hd/amd-radeon-hd-6000m-series/amd-radeon-hd-6770m. You can not use modern drivers.

I am sory but this is only what I can see from the system (see picture attached)

How can I get the details about the card reference number ?

Run GPU-Z > https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

At the bottom, choose the "HD6700M" (mine says Radeon RX 580 series)

Select 'Lookup' and it should tell you the exact model.
