Asrock RX 6400 4GB Challenger ITX | Relive support

I have an "Asrock RX 6400 4GB Challenger ITX". I have "Windows 10", I installed its "full drivers" and it works fine, but I don't see the "ReLive" option. Install OBS, to be able to record with the graphics, but I only get the "x264" encoder. Could it be that this specific graph is not compatible with ReLive? Could it be due to some configuration in my BIOS?

 

I also have OBS installed on "Linux/Debian 12", and I only get the "x264" encoder.
Previously I had the RX 550, and in this one I do have the "AMF (H.264)" encoder in OBS, both in Debian and in Windows

None of the Graphics RX 6400 has ReLive support. In "Supported rendering format", these graphics can decode H264, but cannot encode H264, this means it cannot record.
