Hello, I've recently purchased a AMD Ryzen 7 5700G(3 days ago to be exact, so it's completely new) and currently using it's integrated GPU AMD Radeon graphics.
So, at a random time the screen freezes, alomg with my cursor, then goes black, then everything comes back on, but the app that I was using just becomes transparent. Like I can click on everything and use my keyboard like nothing happened, but I can't see anything. All there is is just my desktop.
It was worse the day after I bought it: screen freezes, then there is the black screen, it's there for around 5-10 minutes and then everything comes back on like I said earlier. Now the black screen appears only for a moment. But it seems that updating drivers fixed it a little, but not fully.
This has only happened to me while playing CS:GO, Dota 2, Genshin Impact and it sometimes happens while I'm using my browser(Opera GX if that says anything). Everything else seems to work fine. It's also really inconsistent: sometimes it can appear after I have just opened a game, but other times a game can go without it for atleast 3 hours.
I also have some graphical lags from time to time no matter what I am doing on the computer at that time. Like something inverts it's color, one shape with a strange color takes over the part of the screen, the whole screen starts to flicker in black and white shapes going all around.
Probably something's wrong with the graphics card, but I can't figure out what to do
My specs are:
AMD Ryzen 7 5700G processor
GIGABYTE B450M DS3H motherboard
16GB of RAM
Power supply unit: aerocool vx, 350 watt(Maybe that's the reason)
Windows 10 OS
