So I had another thread about my 9070XT having driver timeouts and crashes in games. I found today that my GPU draws up to 500watts, not just in transient spikes, but at a constant. I discovered this using the free version of OCCT. I'm not sure what errors are occurring, but its a lot and associated with the high voltage.
I'm working with AMD tech support still and I'm hoping I can just RMA it and get a replacement.
