I have purchased used Sapphire Nitro + BE 5700 XT on which thermal paste was replaced.
I've installed into my slowest PC and most recent drivers, with great PSU, and ran 2-3 games which did not stress GPU.
After running 4th game at loadin screen of the game, screen started to flicker, but it happens so fast, it is impossible to record and show you.
So I ran Unigine Heaven and hope you can see it at 00:06 and 00:16.
Again flicker at desktop (second video), at 00:20 and 00:30 and 00:41
So what could cause this issue?

I can game for like 1 to 2 hours no issues at all.
But as I can see it does happen at boot on desktop every time.
Yesterday I did game and no issues at all.
So earlier this morning I ran 3DMark tests (on my yt channel with temps,loads) no issues at all.
