Having a few issues. At desktop my monitors will go black and then immediately come back up then report an amd driver debug. I have submitted many of these. The computer can game but have a related issue I will get to. I have tried a couple different drivers using ddu in safemode but still the same. I have tried both of my pcie slots and still have the same issue. Most of the times after the bug issue if I goto the taskbar there will be multiple amd icons and one I mouse over them all but one will go away. It will game and run heaven and such but it will sometimes crash there too.
My other related problem is with HDMI audio. I have audio sometimes then I will lose it. I have uninstalled the sound driver and restarted and it will have sound for a bit then will fade and go away. Im using my 65inch 4k tv and a surround receiver. My usb headset will work for sound. I have switched the audio outputs but nothing.
I am pretty sure this is a driver issue. Please help

ROG x570-e gaming latest bios and chipset drivers
Amd Ryzen 9 3900xt
32gigs gskill trident z 3200mhz 4x8gb
Powercolor Liquid Devil 5700xt
2nvmes, an ssd and some platter drives
plenty of watercooling
