Issue description: Screen is flickering with New AMD Radeon Graphic Driver after Window update. At the moment, the solution when meet this issue is to change between refresh rate values such as 60 and 144Hz. I try to rollback to the old version of window and graphic driver but there's no use.
Windows version: Windows 10 Pro version 21H1, OS build 19043.1237, Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3530.0
Device specification: Acer Nitro 5 2020
