i have used amd clean app and reinstalled app and still sometimes when i hover on icon on desktop the icon background goes black or suddnely the background goes black i have attached a photo

this probably happens more or less because you set a custom background (from a picture) and then you delete that picture from your disk

Well i only have wallpaper i don't use wallpaper engine or similar it's just a picture and no it's not a picture problem i always get error that amd driver stopped responding i tried to DDU and install again and same thing

after long road when contacted microsoft and confirmed Lian li connectors were delivering low power than the GPU needs and also my Mobo was faulty 2 slots of ram broken and there were ram inside it after removing them the problem solved
