rx560 not supported on 144hz

When I set it to 144Hz on my desktop computer, which I have collected from zero, the screen becomes unusable (constantly shaking, tearing). When it is set to 120Hz, there is no problem. Also, when I set it to 144Hz while playing games, nothing happens, but when I return to the desktop, the trouble starts again. My drivers are up to date, how can I solve this trouble? And very rarely, there is a momentary freeze and AMD Radeon says "Default Radeon WattMan settings were restored" due to an unexpected system failure.

System:
-AMD R5 3500X.
-RX560 4 GB.
-16 GB 3200MHz RAM.
-MSI A320M-PRO Max.

Check in Settings-System-Screen- Advanced display options (or See properties graphics for display)  does Refresh Rate are correct.

Sometimes after updated drivers for 60Hz is set a 59,940Hz
