Hey, mate. I investigate the same problem with my gpu. I have rx 7600 sapphire oc edition. It doesn't work correctly. I did everything to fix driver timeout issue. It works stable only with half max frequency in adrenaline (50%), but fps in games not stable. I can play only among us or other Indy games. If you find the solution of this problem, let me now when I should do, please. I'm from Russia, sorry for my bad English.
I found a solution I put the max frequency to 2700 as it would go max to max 30 or 40 more and mainly put the minimum frequency to 1876 which is the stock value .I was having driver timeout again and again after putting it I had no issues at all u can try it urself.
What PSU do you use?
Some users with partner model RX 7600 cards have reported vBIOS attempting GPU clock frequencies much higher than factory boost clocks. (>2.7GHz)
So what clocks are you observing in Adrenalin when crashes occur?
Example:

I tried to set max frequency to 2700 or less, but it didn't help. My vbios boosts GPU to 2950 MHz. It's really upset me. Maybe is there Any other solution?
When I set max frequency lower then 1600 MHz, GPU starts to work, but fps not stable. could it be a bad power supply? I have a deepcool pf600
Brother do this put mine frequency to 1876 and max to 2655.as this minimum is on sapphire version and lower the voltage to 1170-1180 I was also having crashes when I just set the max frequency and mini to 255 after setting to 1876 it got fixed
