hi, ive had my graphics card for a little under 2 years now and recently i started getting a message pop up when i boot my pc up that reads; "LoadLibrary failed with error 87: the parameter is incorrect.".

ive tried restarting my pc, soft in-install and complete un-install and nothing seems to work.

my pc specs are:

graphics: radion RX460

CPU: intel i5 7400

RAM: 16GB

motherboard: asus prime b250m-a

storage: 1TB HDD and 250gb SDD

I guess first off you need to update all mobo/chipset/intel drivers/bios.

Then is OS up to date/last time it was clean/repair installed.
