Radeon 6650XT screen flashing.

Hi.

Just switched from  RX 580  to  Radeon 6650 XT on my  Windows 7  PC.

In games, all OK, but big problem in desktop: Screen heavy flashing everytime I move an window or just scroll down  in any app !

Driver latest, 22.6.1.  (Unable to find any other!)

Please look at two short videos recorded by a phone, its terrible blinking on low one third of screen. Anything I can do with this ?

I believe that issue is related to too agressive power savings of this graphic card - when I running  Furmark  video stress test in a small window, no such flashing happening.

Is there any option to disable power savings or set some reasonable minimum clock for GPU / VRAM ?
