Hello,

I need this driver :  AMD high definition audio device 10.0.0.3 (from  13/04/2016)

It doesn't work when i go to https://support.amd.com/en-us/download

For old drivers you often just have to Google where to get them. Of course, always be cautious when downloading from sites that are not official company websites.

The AMD High Definition Audio Device driver is associated with the sound output from your graphics card. Download the Adrenalin package for your graphics card and it should install the audio driver.

What is the model of your AMD GPU Card?  Since it is an audio driver from 2016 you must have a Non-supported GPU card.

I would go to AMD download page for your GPU card and see if it has the 2016 AMD driver listed. If it doesn't go to the bottom left corner and click on "Previous Drivers" to see if the 2016 AMD driver is listed or not.

I would use DDU or AMD own Uninstalling app to remove all traces of your current AMD Driver unless you have a Laptop and not a Desktop PC.
