I'm running a Ryzen 9 9950x3d on a Gigabyte Aorus X870E Master motherboard so you might not have any updates, but if you have a gigabyte board , espcially if your running a X3D Cpu definately grab the chipset drivers.
The other ones I updated, but I usually only update chipset drivers and bios when one comes out to try out for overclocking etc.
