My gpu going crazy for some reason i dont know why, when im playing (Rainbow six siege) it using 450 MHz, some times it using 1040 MHz for seconds i show you the graph Gyazo - cf546e73d1ce21a893b97a7bc0457a81.png and some times it stuck on 450 MHz - 300 Mhz and not moving when i playing. what i need to do?

If I'm reading that right, your GPU is overheating, and if that's the case then it's time for some better case cooling and cleaning of the gpu fans and heatsink.

maybe you right about the overheating, but if it's not because the overheating what you think is the problem ?
overheating
nothing else would make sense
bw when i hit record the GPU jumps to 1020 MHz.
When i start game my GPU using only 450/300 MHz, but when i hit record it using 1020 Mhz and it works fine, sometimes it drops again to 450/300 mhz.
here the graph when i hit record: Gyazo - b50fa9ec7d49ad4b7d286affa4fe07b2.png
here the graph when i play normal (with no recording): Gyazo - cf546e73d1ce21a893b97a7bc0457a81.png some times it stay on 450/300 mhz and it doesn't jump to 1020 MHz.
So this has to do with what....Relive?
idk, my gpu was wokring just fine, rainbow six seige i played on 80-120 fps , the crew 60 fps. like 2 weeks ago something happend i dont know what and i find out that my gpu using only 300/450 MHz and not 1020. and when i hit record it jumps to 1020MHz, so i want it to be normal not when i hit record it will jump to 1020 MHz. Bw my gpu can us 1400 Mhz.
Temp 102c ?? GPU should have throttled @99c. Fans 100% ??
I suspect that the poster has installed third party graphics controllers and or tried to adjust fan/temp/clock settings in Wattman....but who knows...all we know is he has a 270 graphics card.
what is your framerate and gpu-clock while playing?
did your reinstalled driver after DDU in safe-mode?
what are the temps?
how is your air-flow in your case
does your CPU throttle too?
do you have air-spray at home or can buy one cheap? - if yes simply spray out the dust on CPU and GPU cooler + PSU - wait 15min - power on and test again
