I just upgraded from a Radeon R5 220 to a Radeon RX 560 and now I can't switch to 1920x1080 without my display looking terrible. I wouldn't say it's flickering but it looks like the text and images are bouncing slightly. I'm using a Dell ST2010 TN monitor over HDMI. It's native resolution is 1600x900 but as I've said before, it was working just fine at 1080p with the smaller card. If you need any more info, let me know.
