Hello.
I have an eGPU with a Radeon 7600M XT. The software package is loaded with the full package, and everything works just fine -- except -- the drivers for the card do not load at Windows boot. They only load after I login.
I assume this has something to do with the software package starting up when I login, but for the life of me and all searches Google-y, I cannot figure out how to get the drivers and/or correct software to load at boot versus login.
There were searches referring to starting AMD services, but those posts are very old, and I cannot find any services that appear to be AMD.
Also, note: This used to work with this exact adapter for several years at boot on previous laptops with no problem. This is a new laptop, and nothing is different. The other two laptops were corporate laptops and nothing unusual. Same here other than latest software. There are posts about adding the Launcher to startup, but this does nothing because it is still post-login, which does not help since I have external displays connected, and the laptop is closed (hopefully) and stored. Right now, I have to open the laptop physically to login before the drivers load. Pain in the *ss!
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!!
