Could be a bad install?, other users have fixed it with a clean install and a reinstall of chipset drivers (have not had the problem myself).
And as to the missing packages, they can be found in the files in,
Many may be old dates because of having no changes.
When you run the chipset driver installer, a file will be generated indicating which driver packages were installed. By default this file can be found at: C:\AMD\Chipset_Software\Logs\AMD_Chipset_Software_Install_Summary.txt

Those 2 log files list the installed drivers but there are other software packages:

Those are the packages applicable to Windows 11 and given I have a 5950X, I think I can rule out the following:
Which leaves these packages:
Package | Windows 11 |
NULL Driver for Microsoft Pluton Security Processor 2 | 1.0.0.2 |
Application Compatibility Database Driver | 1.0.0.3 |
SFH Driver | 1.0.0.341 |

I think some of them allow for the sensors but surely some of these are still needed as some of the sensors are not reporting in the os for example CPU temp?
What metrics are available in the settings (mine below),
Just the following shows in the Adrenalin Metrics:
When using HWinfo Sensors Status I do get readings perhaps Adrenalin had a bad install?
