Could be a bad install?, other users have fixed it with a clean install and a reinstall of chipset drivers (have not had the problem myself).

And as to the missing packages, they can be found in the files in,chipset files.png

Many may be old dates because of having no changes.

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.11 Pro., LC27G55T.

When you run the chipset driver installer, a file will be generated indicating which driver packages were installed. By default this file can be found at: C:\AMD\Chipset_Software\Logs\AMD_Chipset_Software_Install_Summary.txt

Ryzen R7 5700X | B550 Gaming X | 2x16GB G.Skill 3600 | Radeon RX 7900XT
Ryzen R7 5700G | B550 Gaming X | 2x8GB G.Skill 4000 | Radeon Vega 8 IGP
Ryzen R5 5600 | B550 Gaming Edge | 4x8GB G.Skill 3600 | Radeon RX 6800XT

  • Chipset_Dll
    List of installed Drivers: Drivers,GPIO2,PCI,PSP,RYZENPPKG,SMBUS
  • AMD_Chipset_Software_Install_Summary

    AMD Chipset Software Install Summary

Name : AMD PCI Device Driver
    Version : 1.0.0.90
    Install : Success

    Name : AMD PSP Driver
    Version : 5.39.0.0
    Install : Success

    Name : AMD SMBus Driver
    Version : 5.12.0.44
    Install : Success

    Name : AMD GPIO Driver
    Version : 2.2.0.134
    Install : Success

Name : AMD Processor Power Management Support
    Version : 8.0.0.13
    Install : Success

Those 2 log files list the installed drivers but there are other software packages:

PackageWindows 11
3D V-Cache Performance Optimizer1.0.0.10
AMS Mailbox4.5.0.1020
Application Compatibility Database1.0.0.3
I2C1.2.0.126
Interface Driver (AMD PCI, AMD SMBuS, AMD Hetero, AMD RCEC) 2.0.0.23
MicroPEP1.0.44.0
NULL Driver for Microsoft Pluton Security Processor 21.0.0.2
PMF Ryzen AI 300 Series Driver 125.6.26.0
PMF-6000 Series Driver 24.0.5.0
PMF-7040 Series Driver 24.2.5.0
PMF-7736 Series Driver 24.1.20.0
PMF-8000Series Driver 25.5.23.0
PPM Provisioning File8.0.0.52
Provisioning for OEM 1.0.0.6
S0i3 Filter Driver 1.1.0.3
SFH1.0.0.341
SFH 1.11.1.0.26
SFH I2C1.0.0.86
UART1.2.0.119
Wireless Button Driver 1.0.0.6

Those are the packages applicable to Windows 11 and given I have a 5950X, I think I can rule out the following:

  • 3D V-Cache Performance Optimizer
  • PMF Ryzen AI 300 Series Driver 1
  • PMF-6000 Series Driver
  • PMF-7040 Series Driver
  • PMF-7736 Series Driver
  • PMF-8000Series Driver

Which leaves these packages:

PackageWindows 11
NULL Driver for Microsoft Pluton Security Processor 21.0.0.2
Application Compatibility Database Driver1.0.0.3
SFH Driver 1.0.0.341
Wireless Button Driver 1.0.0.6
Provisioning for OEM 1.0.0.6
SFH I2C Driver 1.0.0.86
MicroPEP Driver 1.0.44.0
SFH1.1 Driver 1.1.0.26
S0i3 Filter Driver 1.1.0.3
UART Driver 1.2.0.119
I2C Driver 1.2.0.126
Interface Driver (AMD PCI, AMD SMBuS, AMD Hetero, AMD RCEC) 2.0.0.23
AMS Mailbox Driver 4.5.0.1020
PPM Provisioning File Driver 8.0.0.52

I think some of them allow for the sensors but surely some of these are still needed as some of the sensors are not reporting in the os for example CPU temp?
