Hello. I have a problem with recording in Adrenaline Software.
When I start recording or use Instant Replay, the amdow.exe and AMDRSServ.exe processes keep restarting.
My Windows has two user accounts. On the first account, recording works fine. On the second one (my main account), it doesn’t work at all.
I tried reinstalling the drivers, but it didn’t help. I removed the drivers using both the official AMD tool and DDU — no success. I also tried giving admin rights to those services, but that didn’t help either.
I have an RX570 graphics card and driver version 24.9.1.
This problem also happened sometimes on driver version 24.3.1, but back then a full reinstall helped. Now even that doesn’t work.
