Hi all
Former Nvidia gamer returning to team red after 15 years and I'm having some issues with adrenalin.
The issue is that on every boot adrenalin sets a custom gpu tuning profile and the fan curve is ridicules going from 0 to 75% every few minutes and in some instances it goes to 100% and sound like the card is going to fly apart.
if during the game I hit alt-r and set the profile to default everything is fine with the fan sitting at a healthy 25% 50C - 55C.
Issue is when ever I restart windows the custom profile is back on again and I don't know how to make it run in default as default.
What I've tried so far.
DDU'd the AMD drivers
Updated MB Bios
Set a custom fan curve in Gigabyte control centre and then also tried MSI afterburner. (always reverts to the adrenalin custom curve on reboot)
Fresh install of windows
haven't tried updating GPU firmware as the card is only a week old
Any suggestion are welcomed
