Have an issue right now with a 7700 and Asus prime micro board powering on but no display at all. Everything has power but nothing for display on anything I've tried ...on board or on the gpu.

It could be a CPU or motherboard issue, but since changing RAM, SSD, and BIOS didn’t help, try running a stress test like Prime95 or AIDA64. Also, check Windows Event Viewer for error codes. Swapping the motherboard is a good next step. If the issue persists, it might be the CPU.

I'm also facing this type of blue screen error on my Windows hp elite book but i can't able to solve it permanently. it happens after every 4/5 days. If you find any solution please discuss with me.

Try updating the motherboard's chipset drivers.  You can do this with the last few releases of the Adrenalin GPU drivers.  Here is the driver you should be using for your GPU, 25.5.1.
