Ryzen 5700X3D bios bug

Hello I recently decided to upgrade my pc with a Ryzen 5700x3d. I have an MSI b550 pro wifi hdv motherboard, and when I mount the X3D the windows does not start and throws me the error "b1initializelibrary failed 0xc0000001" which I found out is because of the bios error of the date and time, when I enter the bios I cannot configure the time and date, it stays in crazy numbers like example 14-63-2047 and the time 36:74, the error is with windows, I tried installing Linux and it works, I also tried using other versions of the Bios and it gives me the same error, I need to use windows. (when I mount the old processor the Ryzen 5 5500 windows works perfectly and the date and time of the bios does not get out of control).

I doubt that your new CPU is causing the issues, because the BIOS is run by the motherboard to initialize the other system components.  Since you have upgraded the BIOS (correct?), I would pull the power plug from the PSU, remove the CMOS battery for a few minutes, then install a new CMOS battery (they only last about 3 years) and boot up again into the BIOS.  You should be able to set the time and date in the BIOS before attempting to boot into Windows.

If you have not upgraded your motherboard's BIOS, then use your old CPU to get it working again and flash to the latest BIOS posted for your motherboard.  Do the same thing about clearing the CMOS memory of old settings too.

As Albert Einstein said, "I could have done so much more with a Big Al's Computer!".

Please be advised that the AMD Support Forums have moved. If @BigAl01 solution doesn't work, I suggest registering and posting your question in the new PC Processor and Graphics Community Cheers.
