At the time of post links to APP SDK 2.8 lead to 404 page and links to APP SDK documantation reveal error: 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS)
Also, some images on page broken too.

It seems to be working now.
Just checked http://developer.amd.com/tools/heterogeneous-computing/amd-accelerated-parallel-processing-app-sdk/ as well as the download section and a few sample downloads. All of them seem working fine.
