How to enable OpenCL driver in Catalyst 12.4 or later for XP

Hello,

I would like to know how to run OpenCL driver with Catalyst 12.4 or later version in XP. I tried to upgrade 12.1 to 12.4. The OpenCL driver would be disabled after the upgrade. I also tried to extract the OpenCL.msi and put in in the 12.4 installer. It can be selected and installed, but It doesn't function after installation. Anyone has any idea ?

Windows XP is no longer supported by AMD Drivers. If there are any hacks that do work , please try them at your own risk.

Thats the final answer from our side - at the moment (supported by the fact listed in the URL above)

If you are looking for some hacks from developers, please promote the old thread by pushing it up.
